Awarding a billion dollars in damages to Apple Corp will also limit the market for Samsung as Apple are planning more legal action in California to ban a wide range of Samsungs mobile products. This will have a contagon effect in other countries such as Germany who have already banned a Samsung Mobile device. But will the rest of the EU countries follow this American judgement of imposing fines and banning products that will clearly limit market penertration for Samsung?.
